Everyone else must mail us your order and make payment
prior to shipping, by any of the payment methods listed below:
Cash or Check > Send us cash, a money order or
cashier's check for the total amount quoted (i.e. product price +
6.5% tax (Florida shipments only) + shipping & handling (S/H) = $ TOTAL), by certified mail-return receipt, to us at the
address above.
Include a letter with the following information:
- The item# and description of
the product(s) you want to purchase.
- Your name and phone number
(daytime & evening).
- Your PHYSICAL shipping
address (No P.O.Boxes will be accepted).

We WILL call you to verify the order prior to
shipping it to you by FedEx.
Credit Card
> Send us a SIGNED letter,
by certified mail-return receipt,
to us at the address above, authorizing us to charge the total amount quoted (i.e.
product price + 6.5% tax (Florida shipments only) + shipping & handling
(S/H) = $ TOTAL) on YOUR Visa or
Mastercard credit card.
Include in your letter the following information:
- The item# and description of
the product(s) you want to purchase.
- Your name and phone number
(daytime & evening).
- Your PHYSICAL shipping
address (No P.O.Boxes will be accepted).
- Your credit card type (i.e
American Express, VISA or MasterCard).
- The credit card number and
experation date.
- Your name as it appears on
the credit card.
- The credit card's BILLING
address (if different from your physical shipping address).
- The "1-800" phone
number appearing on the back of the credit card.

We WILL still call you to verify your order
prior to processing, and we may call the issuing bank to insure your credit
card has not been reported stolen. If everything checks out, your order will be
processed and shipped to you by FedEx.
TERMS
of SALE
- Your order will be shipped
within four (4) to six (6) weeks of order confirmation (some products will
ship sooner), and delivery by FedEx
should occur within three (3) days of shipment.
- You have ten (10) days from
the date of delivery to inspect your shipment and make written notification
to WTCI of any shipment damages or to request an RMA for the return or
exchange of any of the products delivered. Failure to notify WTCI in
writting, postmarked within ten (10) days of your shipment delivery, of
your refusal to accept delivery of any of the products so delivered, shall
constitute your acceptance of all of the products so delivered and your
waiver of any future claims against WTCI relating to any of the products
so delivered.
- No returns will be accepted
without a valid RMA number issued through WTCI. All products returned to
WTCI must be in NEW condition and include the original and undamaged
product packaging and documentation.
- A 30% restocking fee shall
apply to all authorized refunds.
- Additional shipping charges
will apply to all authorized product exchanges.
- An additional 20% restocking
fee shall apply to all product returns (refunds and exchanges), if the
returned products are returned to WTCI in a marred, used or otherwise
damaged condition (excluding any damages incurred during shipment).
- All authorized product
returns and exchanges must be shipped through FedEx.
- Unless otherwise and jointly
agreed upon in writing, you, the customer, shall be solely responsible for
all shipping related charges.
