1. *Use* *Internet Explorer* *(No Netscape Navigator)*
2. Your internet explorer might need this adjustment. In the tool bar at the top of the page click on "Tools" next click on "Internet Options" next click "Security" and then near the bottom of the section that you just opened you need to click on "Custom Settings". This will bring you to a screen displaying your "Active X" settings. You will need to go down the list and every one of the options that are disabled has to be set to "Prompt". Done! Next you go back to internet explorer and click on the link to see the web cameras.
3. *You Have To* *Allow* *The System To* *Download* *The software To Your* *Computer When It Asks. It Is Only To decode the video it wont harm your computer*

Right-click HERE and choose "save target as.." to download a product order form

Right-click HERE and choose "save target as.." for the Adobe Acrobat Reader program
