If you need a password recovered, you will need to send us a copy of the file, program or storage device which is password protected. You will also be required to sign our waiver agreement document attesting to the fact that you have lawful access to the password protected data in question, and will hold WTCI harmless in any legal action arising out of our efforts (sucessful or not) to provide to you access to said password protected data.

HOW TO HIRE US?

1. Email us with a description of the data to be recovered or unlocked, including it's size and how it is stored (on a dard drive, tape disk, CD-Rom, etc..)

2. We will send to you are standard libility waiver document for your notorized signature.

3. Depending on the size and type of storage media, you may email a copy to us, mail us a copy (either in original form or on a disk or CD), or you may hire us to come to your location.

4. If (when) we gain access to the data in question (by data recovery or through pasword recovery), we will notify you and inform you of our service fee (will depend on time spent and type of duties performed on your behalf).

5. Make payment (by check or credit card), and receive your recovered data OR decline our services, and we will either return or destroy (your choice) what you sent to us, without charge.

In addition to Password Recovery Services, we also offer Data Recovery Solutions for: Hard Drives (all types); Memory Storage Cards (all types); Zip Disks; and Floppy Disks. Send us the media (Hard Drive, Diskette, etc..), and we will provide you with a FREE service quote (usually within 3 days). If you agree to our quoted fee, simply complete and submit our waiver agreement document and we will attempt the data recovery. If we succeed, pay us, if we fail, owe us nothing...
