Password Recovery (billed upon successful recovery) = $50.00 (under 5 characters) / $100 (over 5 characters)
General Computer Services = $200.00 retainer / $50.00 per hour / travel / mileage
Data Recovery* = $500.00 retainer / $125.00 per hour / reasonable expenses / travel / mileage
Training = $1,000.00 retainer / $100.00 per hour / reasonable expenses / travel / mileage
Computer Security & Risk Assessments = $1,000.00 retainer / $100.00 per hour / reasonable expenses / travel / mileage

Electronic Countermeasures (ECM) Sweeps = $1,200.00 retainer / $150.00 per hour / travel / mileage
Technology Related Investigations = $1,200.00 retainer / $150.00 per hour / travel / mileage

Consultation = $2,000.00 retainer / $250.00 per hour / reasonable expenses / travel / mileage
Expert Testimony (Civil Litigation) = $2,000.00 retainer / $250.00 per hour / travel / mileage
Expert Testimony (Criminal)** = $2,400.00 retainer / $300.00 per hour / travel / mileage
Computer Forensic Examinations*** = $4,000.00 retainer / $200.00 per hour (minimum ten hours billing) / reasonable expenses / travel / mileage

* The Data Recovery rate will only apply to those situations where the recovered data will in no way result in any type of litigation. Otherwise, the data recovery work will be billed at the higher Computer Forensic Examination rate.

** Due to WTCI's current affiliations with Florida government agencies, expert testimony in all criminal cases is currently restricted to the prosecution. WTCI believes that some individuals have been falsely accused of committing a crime, and that the defense of such individuals is vitally important. However, due to the most certain conflicts which would arise from the direct involvement of WTCI in the criminal defense of any individual, even those we believe may have been falsely accused, WTCI will not currently provide expert testimony on behalf of the criminal defense.

*** In all criminal matters, including any civil litigation reasonably expected to result in a criminal case, our reports and testimony will be limited to the factual review of our examination. WTCI will not provide “technicality” or other forms of defensive aid in an effort to assist in the acquittal of persons or parties that we, based upon our evaluation of the evidence, reasonably believe to be guilty of a crime.

Special Billing and Payment Notices:

WTCI will only accept payment by cash, money order or certified check for retainer fees and for our hourly-billed services.
For your convenience, WTCI will accept payment by credit card (American Express, VISA or MasterCard) for all product sales and password recovery services.
Fifty percent (50%) of the retainer is non-refundable. Fees for services, travel, mileage and reasonable expenses will be deducted from the retainer amount. If the retainer is exhausted, billing will occur weekly. WTCI reserves the right to require replenishment of the retainer amount at any time.
All invoices will be due upon receipt. If payment is not received within ten (10) days of billing, all services will be discontinued until payment is received in full.
Billing is done in quarter hour increments (i.e.: a 5 minute phone call is billed as 15 minutes).
All travel is billed at a Travel Rate of $50 per hour plus a Mileage Rate of $0.30 per mile.

There is a three (3) hour minimum billing at our specified Service Rate for participating or testifying at hearings, trials, depositions, mediations, etc.. We require advance payment for all depositions.
There is a three (3) hour minimum billing at our specified Service Rate for any work requiring us to leave our office, and this minimum charge will be in addition to the Travel Rate and Mileage Rate charges.
Work involving our travel away from the four county area (St. Lucie County, Martin County, Indian River County, Okeechobee County) is subject to a $800 per calendar day minimum charge, and this minimum charge will be in addition to the Travel Rate and Mileage Rate charges.
